High-Performance Protection for Living Areas & Hallways
The Aico Ei3016 is a mains-powered optical smoke alarm, a cornerstone of the advanced 3000 Series. Specifically designed to detect slow-smoldering fires—typically caused by sofas, foam, or electrical wiring—this unit offers the highest level of protection for hallways, landings, living rooms, and dining areas.
High-Performance Optical Sensor: Features a built-in mesh insect screen and a unique sensor chamber design that reduces false alarms while providing a rapid response to visible smoke.
AudioLINK+ Enabled: Use the free AudioLINK app to extract data directly from the alarm. Generate a "Status Report" covering battery life, sensor health, and testing records without needing to climb a ladder.
SmartLINK Compatible: By adding an Ei3000MRF module (sold separately), you can wirelessly interconnect this unit with other Aico alarms. If one alarm detects fire, every alarm in the property sounds.
Mains Power with 10-Year Backup: Operates on 230V AC power with a tamper-proof, rechargeable lithium cell backup that lasts the entire 10-year life of the alarm.
Easi-fit Base: The signature Aico Easi-fit system ensures a quick, secure installation and makes future upgrades or replacements effortless.

Its sleek, modern design allows it to blend into any ceiling while providing professional-grade fire detection.
Placement Tip: For the best protection, install an Ei3016 in every "circulation" area (hallways and landings) and principal habitable rooms like the living room.
